Refund Policy

• COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds are applicable only on damaged products or incorrect delivery for prepaid orders.
• Your refund shall be initiated within 2-5 business days of receiving the refund request.
• The initiated refund amount is estimated to be credited between 4-8 days. (The refund credit is also dependent on various external factors including the payment gateways, banks, etc.)

Refund Mode

For canceled or returned orders, the refund amount shall be credited to the same account from which the payment of the order was fulfilled.

Return Policy

You can mail us at care@charme.life to request returns within 48 hours of the delivery. The Order No., Courier Docket No., and the Reason to Return needs to be mentioned in the mail.

• Life holds on to the standard return policy of 7 days.
• A proof of purchase (bill/receipt) needs to be shared to initiate a return.
• The product must be in original packaging & unused to be eligible for returns.
• Kindly do not return the order to the manufacturer.
